About these terms

This website is operated by Dr. Ayush Sharma Physiotherapy — Dr. Ayush Sharma (BPT), Physiotherapist, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (“we”, “us”). By using the website, creating an account, requesting an appointment or buying an online program, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Our services

Video consultations (teleconsultation) for patients anywhere in India, over Google Meet or WhatsApp video, in Hindi or English.
Online exercise programs (telerehabilitation) — personalised plans with videos, delivered through your patient dashboard.
Home-visit physiotherapy in and around Jaipur.

Video consultations

By booking or joining a video session you consent to being assessed and advised by video. You can ask for a home visit (in Jaipur) or to be referred for in-person care at any time.
A video assessment can’t include a hands-on examination or manual therapy. If Dr. Ayush thinks you need in-person treatment, tests or a doctor’s review, we will tell you and suggest where to go.
Video sessions are not for emergencies. If you become unwell during a session, Dr. Ayush may end it and advise you to get emergency care — call 112.
We may ask you to confirm your name and age at the start. A parent or guardian must be present for patients under 18.
Join from a private, well-lit place with enough room to move, and keep a chair or support nearby for balance exercises. Tell us your location in case help is needed.
We don’t record sessions. Please don’t record a session without asking first — recording needs everyone’s consent.
You need a phone or computer with a camera and a stable internet connection. If the call fails, we will try to reconnect or reschedule at no extra cost.
Online services are for patients located in India.

Medical disclaimer

Physiotherapy advice on this website is general information. Treatment and exercise programs are given only after Dr. Ayush has assessed you.
This website is not for emergencies. In an emergency call 112 (or 108 for an ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital.
Do exercises only as prescribed. Stop and contact us if an exercise causes sharp pain, dizziness, breathlessness or any new symptom.
Tell us about all your medical conditions, surgeries and medicines. Physiotherapy works alongside, not instead of, care from your doctor.
Recovery differs from person to person, so we cannot guarantee a particular result or timeline.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Accounts are for one patient each. A parent or guardian must create and manage the account of anyone under 18.
We may suspend an account that is misused or that breaks these terms.

Appointments

An appointment request is not a booking until we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Fees for video consultations and home visits are agreed with you before the session and paid directly (for example by UPI), unless we say otherwise.

Online programs and payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on your dashboard before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
A program unlocks after successful payment. You can use it for its stated duration and keep access to your dashboard afterwards, unless your account is closed.
Programs are for your personal use only. Don’t share your login, or copy, record or redistribute the exercise videos or materials.
Based on clinical judgement, Dr. Ayush may adjust, pause or replace exercises in your program.

Use of the website

Don’t misuse the website — for example by trying to access other people’s data, interfering with its security, or sending spam through the forms. All content on the website (text, photos, videos and programs) belongs to us or is used with permission.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable professional care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for harm caused by not following the advice or instructions given. Our total liability for an online program is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
