Video consultations
Video consultations are available to patients anywhere in India, in Hindi or English. Once we confirm your appointment, we share a Google Meet or WhatsApp video link in your patient dashboard or on WhatsApp before the session. See the “Video consultations” section of our Terms for how sessions work.
Online exercise programs
Programs are delivered digitally. As soon as your payment succeeds, the program unlocks in your patient dashboard (log in at /login) with all its exercises and videos — usually within a few seconds. If it is still locked after 30 minutes, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Home visits
Home-visit sessions take place at the address you give us, within our service area in and around Jaipur, at the date and time we confirm with you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
